She is passionate about finding the root causes of health conditions and treating that cause so that patients can live healthy lives and be their best selves! She has over 7 years of emergency medicine experience and 18 years of urgent and family practice care. From newborns to the elderly, Sarah seeks to be engaged and personal with each patient to help them reach their health goals. Sarah is wife to Jon Russell and homeschools her 4 children. She enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, reading and playing music on piano or guitar. With a Christian worldview, Sarah’s first priority is to love God and through Him to love others. She desires to serve as a medical missionary locally and abroad.

Bethanie appreciates Western medicine’s strengths but advocates for a "food and nature first" philosophy. She is passionate about using nutrition, herbs, and homeopathics as foundational tools for healing. As a devoted follower of Christ and mother of eight—including children with disabilities and those joined through adoption—her deep personal experiences with grief and caregiving fuel her compassion.
