About the Meetings
Our Community Wellness meetings are open to everyone — no appointment needed. We gather the third Thursday of each month at Libertas Integrative Health, 1043 Oaklawn Dr, Suite A, Culpeper, VA. Each session explores a health topic with an expert speaker, followed by open conversation.
